Rather than post boilerplate nobody has agreed to, here is precisely what is settled today and how to ask about the rest.
BuildSouk is not yet incorporated as a company, and the terms of use that will govern this marketplace have not been drafted or published. When they are, they will be on this page and dated.
What is settled today
- BuildSouk never holds customer funds. A buyer pays the supplier directly; we are not in the payment path.
- An order is a contract between the buying company and the selling company. BuildSouk records it; it is not a party to it.
- A supplier’s UAE trade licence is verified before any price of theirs is published.
- Prices are shown in AED and exclude VAT.
Anything not on that list is not settled, and we will say so if you ask. Contact us before relying on a term that is not written here. Personal data has its own published route: the data protection contact page.
