What is published is the address to write to about personal data, and it is a real one — read by a person, not a queue.
BuildSouk is not yet incorporated as a company, and a full privacy notice has not been drafted or published. When it is, it will be on this page and dated. Until then, the commitment that is published stands on its own page:
Use it for any question about personal data BuildSouk holds — including if you believe one of our customers has listed your email address as a contact on their account and you did not provide it yourself.
Two things worth knowing now
- We hold no card or bank details. BuildSouk never holds customer funds and is not in the payment path — a buyer pays their supplier directly.
- An account is a company account. What colleagues in your organisation can see of each other is set by their role in it.
