What BuildSouk is

Buyers here are contracting companies; sellers are material suppliers. Every seller’s price for the same material is normalised to one base unit and ranked in a single table, so two quotes written in different units can be read against each other without arithmetic.

A supplier’s UAE trade licence is checked by BuildSouk before any price of theirs is published. The account is the company rather than the person, so colleagues share one catalogue, one cart and one set of delivery sites.

BuildSouk never holds customer funds. You pay your supplier directly; we are not in the payment path and hold no money of yours at any point.

We are not a company yet

BuildSouk is not incorporated as a formal legal entity. Until it is, the team behind BuildSouk operates the platform, and there is no trade licence number or registered address to publish — we would rather say that than print one. That will change when an entity is formed, and this page will change with it.
