Why do I need an account to see a price?
The catalogue — products, specifications, suppliers, availability — is open to everyone. Prices are shown to signed-in companies. An account is free and takes a mobile number and your trade licence details.
How do I sign in?
Enter your mobile number on the sign-in page and confirm the code we send you. There is no password to forget.
How do I register my company?
Sign in first; the set-up steps follow immediately. You choose an organisation type — Buyer or Seller — and enter the company’s legal name exactly as printed on its trade licence, its emirate and licensing authority, and the licence number and expiry date. The account belongs to the company, not to you personally, so colleagues you add share the same cart, delivery sites and orders.

Do you take my payment?
No. BuildSouk never holds customer funds — you pay your supplier directly, on whatever terms the two of you agree. Prices here are shown in AED and exclude VAT.
